We offer free shipping on all US orders over $88 within the 48 contiguous states. We understand that you're excited to receive your Laketti order, so we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can easily track your package.

We take pride in carefully packing and shipping each order to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. If for any reason your order does not arrive as expected, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team. We strive to give you the best possible Laketti experience we can.

Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email customersupport@laketti.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
